i have a meeting tomorrow and my model is gone. after a long waiting for a command to end, the model was corrupt. i saved an hour ago an imx file but it was deleted some how.

(i didn't use model builder)

the data sources seems to be o.k

if i could understand why the imx file was deleted maybe i could restore the file

thank you very much

Hi @razmatalon ,

I understand that you exported an IMX file from InfraWorks and the file was not created successfully.

My first guess is that it has something to do with the ECW file you have loaded. The ECW is a highly compressed image file and InfraWorks extracts that image and puts it into the model folder. That means that the size of the image can multiply.

Your screenshot looks as if it's out of focus of the model. Can you try and select any 3D model data source, right mouse click and "select".

Then "Zoom to Selected" features:

If that fixes your model focus - make sure to set a bookmark for the future if that happens again.

Regards,

Karsten.

Thank you karsten, for your response,

Some time you have to rebuild your work from the bottom to the top, it’s a very frustrating process, but it has its benefits.

Thank you again,

Raz
