Missing Road decoration at specific section (junction at bridge)

How do I resolve a missing section of decoration?  This only happens at one loction (out of 4 similar locations) of my alignment.  I have tried to add new decoration at this location (kerb assembly).

first, try to turn on Tilting to make the railing more smooth trough the axis, and second, you have to find a right distance to avoid this between models or you have to add one rail manually
