falla en barra de herramientas de Infraworks

como se evidencia en la imagen anexada, tengo problemas con infraworks, aparecen en negro los iconos, ya intente desinstalar, intalar, descargar de nuevo, instalar, y nada, no se resuelve.

your issue could be related to your graphics adapter or connection, see https://knowledge.autodesk.com/article/Model-Builder-shows-blank-and-all-icons-not-showing-in-InfraW...

I suggest to test with direct computer connection to the monitor first, avoid the use of any adapters or VGA cable.
If that doesn't help, try the suggestions in the article.
