hi, I try to open iwm files in online viewer (viewer .autodesk .com)
few months ago it was possible now I've got "Design is empty. Please check the design. TranslationWorker-InternalFailureExtractor succeeded (-777) but produced no bubbles"
I'm trying with the same files which were convert, and viewable.
opening the file in viewer is not my goal I'd like to publish some files im my forge application - but in this I've got the same problem files are not convertable
Is there any officilaly recomended way to take infraworks files form Bim360 account to dedicated forge bucket and publish it ?
I've received the confirmation that the option to upload a "copied" IWM file to the Autodesk Viewer is not possible anymore due to security/privacy reasons.
