IFW 2019 - Section of alignment disappears when adding a bridge

Hi,

just installed infraworks 2019 - i'm using a model slightly less than 200sq km, 22km alignment across this.  Most of the alignment is elevated. So I import alignment (with vertical profile) from Civil 3d. Then try to place a bridge along the alignment.   Everything working normally until model regenerates and section of alignment has disappeared.

Attached image shows red dashed line approximately where the alignment runs, blue dashed line approximate extent of bridge placed.  Infraworks 2018 on separate computer - no issues.

Hi Mark. If you just refresh the model by hitting F5, without ever placing a bridge, is the alignment still intact?

I'll send this around to the team and see if we can figure out what is going on.

Thanks,

Austin

Austin,

No regen doesn't fix.. Tried all manner of things.. completely redone
several versions of this alignment using Civil 3d DWG imported instead of
imported IMX alignment.

It seems to be linked with tiles. When I turn on tiles, extent of alignment
covered by tile is not showing. When I turn off tiles, entire alignment
disappears.

Mark.

Is it possible to attach the Civil3D alignment file to this forum post?

Secondly, what Coordinate System is associated to the IW model?
