Hi everyone. I've created custom extended attributes in the Extended Schema window, as shown.

When I load a new Civil 3D file as the new the feature type, the new extended attributes show in the Table window.

But I don't see them when I select the respective element.

What could be the cause? Thanks in advance for your help.

Hi @rvaldiviesoGN2QK ,

do you see the new schema properties when you create a new road in InfraWorks?
The new schema is for InfraWorks objects, but yiu import a Civil 3D corridor, which is not editable.

Regards,

Karsten.

What I want is to show adicional attributes when I select a specific corridor imported from Civil 3D. Do you know a way to do that?

In this video it's shown a procedure to create a new feature class from Parcels and then add new attributes. I try...

Hi @rvaldiviesoGN2QK ,

this is a product workflow limitation. The Civil 3D corridor property sets are not imported into InfraWorks.

Some unique attributes can be transferred to Infraworks using ArcGIS Online for specific features:
  1. Publish the desired features in ArcGIS Online/portal using Connector for ArcGIS.
  2. Access the same layer in Infraworks.
Note: That way property sets will be published as attributes and accessing the same layer in Infraworks (using Connector) will bring in those attributes as an extended schema in Infraworks.
See: Using ArcGIS Online data in Civil 3D and InfraWorks
