Hi,
When exporting snapshots at 4k resolution the ambient occlusions become extremely dark and the overall quality reduces dramatically reduces. Does anyone know how to fix this or reduce the darkness of the AO? My Ambient Occlusions are on Medium by the way.
The image above is a screenshot of what I see in InfraWorks and the image below it is the actual snapshot at 4k resolution.

Have you tried toning down the ambient occlusion?

Hi Todd.
Not sure how to do that to be honest. The only options for AO as far as I can tell are Off, Medium or High. I’m on Medium so I can’t reduce it without turning them off. I’m guessing it’s something to do with using a higher resolution. Also the shadows are very pixelated in my scene too and flickering when I move around. Not sure why as my desktop is a serious bit of kit with a very high end Nvidia graphics card, 128GB of RAM and solid state hard drives.

Yeah, that's the only 3 options for ambient occlusion. Try messing with the Antialiasing, which is in the same place.
