Make sure you have installed the InfraWorks material library. It is a group of several sub-libraries of materials and textures of Autodesk products. By default, the library is not installed with InfraWorks. If it is a custom material, I think @Karsten.Saenger can help you better. As far as I know, the custom material files must be located in a folder like those ones from the default material library.
