Hi guys,

When I export a 3d building made by autocad 2022 to infraworks 2023, some materials are not shown. does anyone have a solution?

Hello @aram79_2022_!

 

Make sure you have installed the InfraWorks material library. It is a group of several sub-libraries of materials and textures of Autodesk products. By default, the library is not installed with InfraWorks. Take a look here and download the latest version: https://knowledge.autodesk.com/support/infraworks/learn-explore/caas/CloudHelp/cloudhelp/ENU/IWGetti....

 

If it is a custom material, I think @Karsten.Saenger can help you better. As far as I know, the custom material files must be located in a folder like those ones from the default material library.
