Creating Custom Roundabout

I am trying to customize a roundabout on Infraworks 2022. I only have the option of using the FHWA 2010 roundabouts which have hard-corded geometry. I would like to change the lane widths, roundabout diameter (It's possible to change the diameter, but the program automatically changes the lane width whenever the diameter changes), and the entrance and exit radiuses. Is there a way to make these changes in infraworks?

Do it in Civil 3D, export it to IMX and then import the IMX file. Do you have Vehicle Tracking? It does roundabouts.
