I am having issues with the video export in that it tiles and offsets portions of the video as shown on the attached.
I exported it a WMV file with 50K rate and 30 FPS and a resolution of 3840x2160. I also tried the same export except with a 60 FPS. I have successfully exported to this resolution using these settings on many other projects so I am baffled why I can't do it now. IW 2023.
Any ideas on how to resolve this? Of course I have a Public Hearing tonight that it is needed for so timing is critical.
