cannot import FBX to 3d model styles tab

anytime I tree to import a model I have created in 3dMAX as either FBX or DAE or any other format IW crashes. how to fix this?

is it possible to send me the file for testing it?

Can you say something more about the model you created (textures used, size & complexity...)?

It was a tree exported from MAX
