Bing License

Hello everyone,

I want to use Infraworks export for further using in a commercial movie project. Am I allowed to use the groundtexture from Bing? Is there any license documentation? What are my possibilities? My customer is afraid of license law issues.

Thank you!

There is a autodesk site  http://www.autodesk.com/company/legal-notices-trademarks/terms-of-service-autodesk360-web-services/s...

for Legal Notice and and trademarks look at this.

Thank you. But I don't get it. Maybe its my bad english. It is not clearly for me: is my usecase allowed or not? I have no transactions and I dont want to copy or change the dataset. I just want to use it as a ground texture... for commercial purpose...

Hi Tunkali,

As long as the Bing imagery was consumed in InfraWorks, there should be no restrictions on downstream usage.

Thanks,

Elliott
