Autodesk Connector for ArcGIS

I recently updated Infraworks and was interested in trying the new ArcGIS connector. However, the option is not available or visible in Data Sources in Infraworks. Is there some reason why it is not appearing?

I am a teacher and have an educational license for Autodesk Infraworks.

did you install 2019.1?

Can you please try on 19.1 or 19.2 version of InfraWorks?

read above you need infraworks 2019.1 or .2

which one are you running?

its not a separate install
