There appears to be a small issue with the uccnc post. Minor fix, but it does need to get applied to the public version

Hello following up on an issue with this post.  It seems to drop a G4 X1 command when a there is a number other then zero in the dwell time box during a drilling op.  This happens when its pretty much at the bottom of the hole so no bueno..
