Combine the default setup sheets in to one.

Title says it all. I like the tool sheet, but it needs the part info on the top like this.

This feature is already implemented, but kind of hidden. If you use the the post process button and the select the setup sheet post, there will be a property called "showTools" which you can change to "yes" to show the tool table. 

That said, I think it is a good idea to show this table by default and maybe move some things around

Here is a preview of the changes to the setup sheet:

- enabled "showTools" by default

- added a seperate column for holder informations

- added handling for turning tools into the tool info
