Choose the post called "EMC" in the post dialog.

Sorry, I thought this was a section specifically for fusion 360. Just realized it's for all CAM.
I need said post processor for fusion 360 and do not see it in the post dialog.

I changed your profile for you so you are in the Fusion group.

I have attached the EMC post. Only included in the next release of Fusion.

New question.

The Gcode is putting the tool change location on the Z at home 0 This does not work on my machine. How do I change this? Is it possible to set it same as retract or clearance height? If not then it would be fine if I could at least set it at a different height.

How you do make you machine go to his absolute zero? Which I guess is your Z at is highest position? Or is the Z zero in it's lowest position?

Normally G28 G91 Z0 or G53 G0 Z0 will let your machine move to the highest position.
Are you able to set this up into your controller?

Hello,

I use Fusion360 on Mac. I have a 4th axis on my mill and want to make changes to the Linux CNC "EMC" postprocessor to accommodate this. I can't find it on the list on the page "http://cam.autodesk.com/posts/". Can anyone advice on where I can find and download it? (Maybe I can already find it on my computer since it seems to be installed with FUsion360..)

Best Regards

Leo Hellberg

Hi @melfio,

In the Post Library, the post I believe you're looking for is called Enhanced Machine Controller (EMC)

HI, i try to use this 2 PostProcesors (hsmposts) EMC and EMC2 to generate toolpath for a LinuxCNC - for plasma cutting.

I receive errors.

Are this 2 plugins ( .cps files ) just for milling?

How can create a ngc files.

This is the returnet error.

Hi, i'm back .

I use LinuxCNCPlasma_ganta.cps file from other user post

https://forums.autodesk.com/t5/hsm-post-processor-forum/linuxcnc-plasma-laser-post-processor/m-p/903...

That file must be uploaded on HSMPOSTS on Autodesk official page
