haas post issues

I downloaded and installed the latest post for haas with a axis. No matter what i try to post I get this fail page.

I am at a total loss as to why this doesn't work. Thanks for any reply

Last attempt was drill hole index 90 drill same hole.

Could you attach the part?

I think the post is setup with the A-Axis revolving around X not sure if that is also what happens on you part.
