Complex 3D Chamfer Using Flow

It seams to be a bit hard to accomplish 3D Chamfers in HSMWorks right now although there seams to be quite a bit of discussion on the topic.

This is the best I could do....

If it was possible to chose 0 stepeovers in flow I could cut the chamfer in one pass which would be ideal.

Is there currently another way?

are the tops of the spokes on a flat plane?

if so use  a 2d contour with a chamfer mill going too the up turned end and then just do a 3D flow on the small sections of what is left with a 5 passes with a small ball cutter, then circular pattern.
