Zip file from Fusion Team is empty

Hi.

When downloading a zip-file from my Fusion Team, I get a empty zip-file.

The zip-file generated only contains the folders from the project, but no Fusion 360 files.

Other files are packed in the zip-file - png, stp.

Can someone tell me if i'm doing something wrong.

Attached there is an screenrecord, showing what i'm doing.

HELP!!

🙂

Kind regards

Hi there,

I wasn't aware of any such limitation so I tested this for you.

It appears indeed that Fusion 360 files cannot be mass downloaded. Notice also the difference when selecting individual files, as shown in the following video

Fusion 360 files need to be converted first, so I guess that's why. But it is annoying and at the very least unclear that they won't be included in the download.

I also see no other way of mass downloading Fusion 360 files unfortunatly...

This is bad.

I use the MyHub to share some educational files, and after the course the studens wants to have there designs on there own Hubs.

On the Fusion Team it is possible to transfer a project/folder to another Fusion Team.

But transfer is not possible from the MyHub.

I think this need some attention Autodesk!!!!

Kind regards
