Hello and Welcome to the Fusion Team forum. I don't see any video, can you try attaching it again? Also are you getting any error messages? Can you try clearing your browser cache and cookies to see if that makes any difference at all.

Thanks for posting to the forums and please let us know how this goes.

Thanks Stepan for the SCREENCAST video, that is very helpful. I have asked the team to take a look at it and see what they think might help. Also if you re name the file to something like ".tst" does that allow the upload? And are other files uploading fine, is it just this specific file format that is failing?

Thanks again for the SCREENCAST and please let us know.

Hi Stepan,

I have heard back from the team. We need you to collect some data for us.  Take a look at the following steps.  Note these steps are for Chrome.

How to capture HAR files in Chrome

Steps:

Go into the the folder that you are uploading to in A360.

Click F12 to open the developer window.

Click on the Network tab.

Now start the upload of your file in question.

Right click in the area that you see the data from the developer window and select "Save as HAR with content."

Then share that file with us.

Note that you may want to zip up the file first to compress it.

GET HAR FILES Chrome.png

Thanks in advance for ding this for us and please let us know if you have any questions about this.

Hi Bud,

Something has changed ?

I try again this: I used two buttons in Chrome Developer view (F12) > Network > Context menu: Clear browser cache and Clear browser cookies, & restart computer and now upload finally running.

Thanks Stepan for the update. I have not heard back from the team on this yet, maybe the cache and cookies just needed to be cleared again.

Thanks for the update and please let us know how this goes and if the issue comes back.
