I cannot view my Fusion 360 file on web browser...

When I open my design, it fails to display my design and I get the error code:

Unrecoverable exit code from extractor: -1073741831

I saw this post, and I think I am seeing the same issue.

However, I did not know how I can change the publishing settings, as was discussed in the post.

I can view my file from my local Fusion 360 software, so the file itself should not be corrupted.

Thanks for posting your question to the forum. I went ahead and moved this over to our Fusion Team forum as you mention this is a Fusion 360 file.  Are you able to view and edit the file inside of Fusion 360?  And what happens if you make a small modification to the file and then save it and upload it to A360 again, does that version view?

Yes, I can view and edit my file without problem using my Fusion 360 software.

I only see this problem when I upload it on web browser, and the viewer just does not work.

(I attached the screen shot)

I edited the file and re-saved it, but I still see the same problem.

I also made a duplicate copy of the same file, but this new file experiences the same issue.

I also have a file in a shared project and suddenly no-one else can open it. All the other files in the project are fine. I also can't access it in the web browser even with a public link. all I get is 

Unrecoverable exit code from extractor: -1073741831

Can you please help?

Problem is common across my Mac and PC (I can open it fine on the local software on both, but it's not available to anyone else). Mac version is 2.0.5357 / Mac OS Mojave 10.14.2
