"Model Is Empty" Message in MyHub

Help!  I can't open the desktop app on my laptop now without upgrading my hardware. Realizing this last week, I decided to at least get what I could from MyHub.  When I log into MyHub, it first tells me that the file I'm trying to access is "in use" by me and "1 other".  How is this possible? I've never shared this folder with anyone or given access to any other user.  I am the only user on this account.  Really really stuck and wanting to work on this file as it's really important to me.  Thanks.
