can't transfer folders to a new team

I created a new team and need to transfer files. I comes back with a error:

Sorry, we could not transfer the project!

What do I need to do now?

Are you transferring your files from your Personal hub to your Team hub? The below article might help you. Let me know if you are still facing issues.
