Help in getting an invitation

Hi,

One of my teammates is trying to invite me into a shared drive, and keeps sending the emails but they do not come on my end and I do not get access or an invitation to the shared drive. Anyone know how to troubleshoot; much help (and urgent help) would be very appreciated.

The email has to go to the one associated with the account.

I did use the one associated to the account. However, the email invitation still never came through. Do you have any other suggestions?

If you haven't already, you should reach out to Autodesk support and see if they can help. 

Do you have a reseller you purchased from? Maybe they can help.
