Problems uploading to existing teams

Hello, 

Currently studying an engineering qualification. The tutor has set up a team for us to upload work to i can see the page on my web page log in, but when I load the program I can not see the team and it does not find the team when i search for it in the program. Any ideas, tips or fixes would be greatly appreciated especially with the current climate and remote learning. Added a couple screen shots below.

Hi Harry, 
1. If the team created by your tutor doesn't have the same domain, it won't appear for you to auto-join (your first screenshot). In this case, your tutor needs to specifically invite you to his/her hub.
Note: The domain is calculated based on the email address of the creator of a hub. Also, this arrangement of finding potential hubs of having the same domain doesn't work for public domains like gmail.com, yahoo.com, etc. 

 

2. Once you have access, you need to select the right team (that your tutor has set up for you) on the top left corner of the Fusion 360 desktop app while uploading your data. When trying to view your data on the Fusion Team web, you need to select the right team via the top right corner.
