Parameter and Project/File manager windows

Apparently, I cannot post to the feedback Hub. So here it is. if someone wants to repost this in the feedback hub please do. this has annoyed me for years. 

I would love to see the parameters window be something that I can leave open and move to a second monitor so that work can continue and not be forced to close the parameter window as if it's a "modeling tool".

I would also love to see the project/file manager window have a "pop-out" button for the same reason so that it can be moved to a second monitor and not be fixed on the left side of the fusion window at all times.
