Some questions for updating Hubs and Users

1. How to change the Project Owner if the user (email address) is no longer a person at the company?

2. How to gain access to a closed project created by a user who is no longer at the company?

3. How to delete users from hubs when they are no longer at the company?

Does this also work if the user (me) is a Secondary Admin, or must it be the Primary Admin? I started following the instructions, and I do not think I am seeing the admin option described here. Or is there a different account for "Fusion Team Admin?" I have only ever used my account attached to my work email address.

Hi @dlittlejohn ,

 

Are you Team Admin of the Fusion hub in which the Project owner need to be modified and user need to be deactivated? If yes, then follow the below steps to access 

  1. Access the hub in the online browser at login.autodesk360.com.
  2. Sign in to the Autodesk Account.
  3. Select the account icon in the top-left corner.
  4. Click the desired Hub.
  5. Once in that Hub, select the account icon again.
  6. Choose Admin.

Hello and Thank you again for the response. I do have admin, and I still am unable to remove members. The 3 in YELLOW highlight are no longer with the company. In all the places where they are displayed, I cannot remove them. The one with initials RM, I have removed from the team multiple times, but the account keeps re-appearing.
