Importing kurt vise

I have a kurt double station vise and when I try importing the vise onto the program and then click on it in fusion it takes me to their website. What am I doing wrong?

Can you please try the following suggestions

1. Download the Krut Model in step file
2. Right click unzip/extract the file
3. Open data panel> upload>select file>choose the location>upload option in Fusion desktop app
