Data Panel file upload error

A file under Data Panel keeps trying to upload although it no longer exists on my Pc nor on myhub.autodesk360.com

I cleared the cache-no luck

Uninstall and reinstall Fusion 360-still showing up as uploading.

Could you please try below article to resolve your issue?
Files stuck in Editable Document list for Fusion for Personal Use  
or 

1. Launch Fusion
2. Go Offline (manual switch)
3. Close Fusion
4. Navigate to the App Data location on your PC and delete the document called "login__ActiveDocuments" (your userID will look like a unique combination of letters and numbers):
   Windows OS PC: Use windows explorer and for Mac OS Open Finder> Access to menu "Go > Go to the folder".
   %APPDATA%\Autodesk\Neutron Platform\Options\<User ID>
   or
   %APPDATA%\Autodesk\Neutron Platform\Options\<User ID>\login__ActiveDocuments
5. Launch Fusion
6. Editable Document list should be empty
7. Mark a single document editable
8. Go Online
