Why can't I move this circle?

I've been away from Fusion for three or four months and apparently I've forgotten, well, almost everything.  I've started a new project and sketch, and the only thing I've created so far is a circle at the origin.  I'd like to move this circle 4.031" to the right (in the direction of increasing X).  I select the circle, right click, select Move/Copy, enter 4.031 in the X box, click OK, and nothing happens.  Same thing if I try dragging the right arrow.  If I create a circle that's not on the origin, I can move it fine, but I don't have its coordinates, so I don't know exactly where it is.  I realize I could find them (though that's another issue), but I'd like to understand why the original circle remains locked at the origin.  File and screencast below.  Thanks for any tips.

You have a Coincident Constraint between the Origin and the center point of the circle.

Delete the constraint and you can move the circle.

YOU define the coordinates (position).

Two dimensions from the Origin (x,y) and you know EXACTLY where the center of the circle is.

Any time you are tempted to use Move, you should stop and ask questions.  There is usually a better technique than Move.  This is perhaps the most miss used tool in Fusion by beginners.

How do I determine the coordinates of something once it's been created?

YOU control the coordinates by dimensioning

Put in the two dimensions - they will read the current distances.

Change the dimensions if desired.

This is what Driving Dimensions (Parametrics) is all about.

Thanks again.
