Solved: Were is notification center?

I just started using Fusion 360 and am watching the tutorials. In the "User interface overview" video, It points to the "Notification Center" around 52 seconds in. I am not seeing this icon (or the wrench icon for that matter) in the program. I have a clock and a Question mark icon. Why is this?

You are looking in the right location but the notification icon only appears when you have a notification.
