Unwanted E-Mail Notifications

Hello,

I have posted this before, and havent heard from Autodesk since nor has this been fixed:

I keep getting Mail notifications, even though i unsubscribed.

And i share projects with people who are quite trigger-happy when it comes to saving a work-in-progress

This is quite unnerving.

Please get this fixed, i would really appreciate it.

Thanks

Hi @ninolemann

Thanks for posting! I noticed you mentioned you unsubscribed - did you follow the instructions to turn off email notifications in this article

Even if you have followed those instructions, there are some know issues here. This problem has been logged with our development team as ATEAM-9974. I hope for a speedy resolution to this problem as well and am happy to keep you updated on the development teams activity anytime you'd like to reach out on this thread.

For reference, this issue has also been discussed in this thread.

Thanks for your answer!

I tried having me removed from that project and joining again, to no avail. since then, even more notifications seem to come in, and, as it seems, always in pairs of two.

for now, i shove them all into junk mail, but since the mails for different parts , they keep reappearing in my inbox.
