Trouble opening/ uninstalling fusion

Hi All,

I've had trouble opening fusion 360. It will take me to the intitial screen but noting else before this warning pops up and it closes itself. I've had trouble with it in the past and uninstalled/reinstalled before but now it won't even let me uninstall as the same error pops up. Any help would be greatly appreciated. (I'm on windows 11 and  I haverestarted the laptop etc too).

did you use  CLEAN UNINSTALL?
