Maybe It means "Reports agreement" in English.

I want to agree and start my work, but it has no button to start or go next.

How can I pass this screen and enter to workspace.

PLEASE HELP ME!!!

Give you a best reguard.

This is Screen from your Preferences, Data Collection and Use.  After the recent released update, it appears on the restart of Fusion 360.  Mine had an OK button that allows me to continue.  I would suggest selecting the Windows Close "X" in the far top right hand corner to close Fusion 360.  Once closed restart, it should be OK.  Since you do not see the OK icon, I would also suggest that you check to be sure your graphics drivers are up to date.

@rlstarmilky This is now logged as FUS-121641 in our defect system. Please try a computer re-start to see if anything changes in the graphics display.
