I'm trying to save this file it was the word mom with the "o" being a gimball. My dad asked if i could make it say oscar for his coworker.
So i imported it, then cut away the "m's" and added the scar to the end. and when i try to save the whole thing it won't let me, so i tried saving it one at a time then assembling it later. but it says these to error messages.
"Error: Autodesk Translation Services failed to translate the current document to stl file!"
And
"Error: STL Translator failed to export data"
any ideas
Hi @Anonymous,
Thank you for posting!
Could you share your design? Here is how to share it. (ahreum.ryu@autodesk.com) . I tried with a simple model and it seems to work. so I would like to look into your model.
This thread may help.
I look forward to your reply
Many thanks,
I'm having similar (maybe the same) issue. If I try to "Make", it fails the first time. I have to run the Make command a second time and then it's able to move the design into my slicer software (Cura 3.1.0). Screenshots attached.

This is great when I clicked the link to test it I saw a download button and clicked and it worked.
If you have an idea on how to prevent this I'm all ears.
Hi @Wingedthing0,
Thank you for sharing!
In my laptop, it's working, Could you take a look at my steps?
I tested it on Mac, Win7, Win10 and it seems to be ok. Could you check Fusion 360 is installed by up to date (2.0.3800)?
I look forward to your reply
Many thanks,
Ahreum.
Restarted computer this morning. Opened up Fusion 360 and was notified that there was an update pending a restart of the software. Did that and haven't seen the issue yet today. Thank you for your response.
