Look to your left in the browser. It was explained in the what's new banner at the top of your screen after the last update which apparently no one reads.

Sorry. I don't understand. Please explain! How to have fully toolbar?

In a recent update to Fusion 360, the navigation bar was revised.  Some of the tools were moved to the top of the drawing browser under Document Settings and Sheet Settings.

Thank you so much! By the way, how to edit the title block in Drawing sheet? Last time, I just need double click into title block that will show all information than I can edit them.

Hi,

The editing of entries is still started with a double click.

edit titleblockedit titleblock

Only if you want to edit attributes, start in the browser by right-clicking on "Sheet Settings > "Titleblock".
