Size issue saving as STL

Hi everyone.

I made a cube (1 cm) in Fusion 360, however when I save the component as STL, it's in 1 mm.

I have to scale the file to 1000% to have proper size.

The issue is not related  to slicer it's related to the exported STL because I'm having this issue with different slicers.

Is there any way to export STL in Fusion 360 with the same size that I am working in the design?

STL's are unit less meaning the cube is just 1 by 1 by 1. The slicer assumes that the 1's are mm so you have to save your model in mm. You can work in cm but when you save your work you have to change the document settings to mm and save. I have to do the same thing since I work in inches.
