Hello, I have problems performing simulations on Fusion360 the resolution of the simulation remains stuck at 1% for hours without giving a result.
Do you know where this problem came from?
- My Fusion 360 is updated
- I tried it on online https://fusion.online.autodesk.com but still the same.
- I also tried it with another computer but still stuck at 1%.
- There is no status of "fail"
- My internet was stable

Could you attach the log files zip when Job Status is showing 1% progress? (Help > Support and Diagnostics > Diagnostic Log Files)
Does the stuck solve also happen for a simple simulation? (e.g. a box body with a single load and constraint in a linear static stress study)

We've cleared the stuck jobs queue for your account. Please cancel any stuck jobs that may appear in in Job Status, and resubmit the solves.
