Selecting crescent shape to extrude alongside outer circle

Hi All,

Very new to Fusion 360 have been experimenting with creating a certain design and I need to extrude the crescent shape as shown in the image made by the inner most and 2nd inner most circle.

However I cannot seem to select the crescent shape how would I create the sketch so the crescent shape is extrudable?

Many thanks in advance!

Hi,

For an extrusion, the circles must either be in the same sketch or transferred via a projection of an existing sketch.

I apologise if this is a daft question does that mean I need to offset the 2nd inner most circle to create a smaller circle and translate to create the crescent? will that allow extrusion?

Appreciate the response bud!
