We're looking for IT personnel in the secondary and post secondary education spaces for a research study. Here are the details:

What

A 1-hour zoom video call between January 3^rd, 2022 – January 12^th, 2022 . We will ask a bunch of questions about your work as an IT Admin, your responsibilities when it comes to Fusion 360, and about how you collaborate with others.

Duration/Format

1 hour zoom session. You may be asked to share your screen at some points to show off how you interact with Fusion today.

Fusion 360 is handled in the same manner as any other cloud based app such as the Adobe apps by the IT department.

What is the end goal of your questioning?

With over 25 years of IT experience I can tell you that regardless of your line of questioning, with only one hour of consultation, you will come away only wanting to ask more questions. That's why we recommend/require 10 hour blocks minimum when training consultations are conducted and we spread that over a 5 day week in 2 hour blocks progressing from basic procedure and implementation to advanced tactics combating attack scenarios such as breach and DDoS prevention. Usually we get invited back for further detail oriented consultations.

If this is a budget issue, search YouTube for IT procedures and implementations related to cloud applications in a work environment.
