Hello, I have tried and tried to reduce this file of a fan blade but can achieve doing it. Can someone reduce the size for me? Every time I try then the blade gets all distorted.

Forget about this mesh, it has problems. I remodeled with two approaches. If you need mesh convert the body to with your required refinement:
By the way, the original design was not even rotationally symmetric...
Welcome 🙂 since you are new; If you want to learn Fusion do not start by mesh, go through Self Paced learning tutorials. Fusion (and other parametric CAD software) are not made to edit mesh and generally mesh should only be used as reference for creating native solid bodies.
Can you suggest some tutorials close to how you did this fan blade? I really would like to know how to change the angle if I wanted it steeper?

I can record a screencast of how I did in my files. But also you can simply roll back my timeline all the way, expand Sketches and Bodies folder in the Browser and unhide everything, and roll history marker one by one to see the steps (well after writing I decided to record this, take a look, I hide mesh body for better visuals). However, if you are new to Fusion 360 (and CAD in general), I suggest first watching basic tutorials of Fusion 360 (e.g. Self Paced Learning from Help menu). Once know the basics of modeling it will not be hard to model on your own.

@hamid.sh. Is there a Fusion 360 forum that helps with project design? My project is a devise that slips onto a duct fan and the device needs to push an equal amount of air out its sides and bottom using fins and gaps in the outer tube.
I have printed 2 examples all with different flow but not what I want. the first image of 30 degree fins blows out the side holes at a 45 degree angle which I want but not out the bottom. I tried to tape over part of the side holes and it did help with barely air flow out bottom but not good The second image the fins are ?degree angle and it only blows out the bottom and nothing out the sides.
Any thoughts on how to achieve the flow I want?

Design, Validate & Document is the place to ask your design questions (in fact the original question of this thread would have been better posted on that forum instead of support). However, what you ask is more of a fluid dynamics problem rather than 3D design. The closest thing Fusion 360 has is Generative Design for Fluid Path but it's designed to optimize for pressure drop. Ideally a fluid dynamics simulation software should be used for this problem.
