I was going to create pattern of a feature. I needed to click and select the driven dimension (7.247) as distance but it was not possible.

Is your intention to compute the pattern using the driven dimension, such that if the driven dimension changes the pattern will update?

The feature that I am going to make pattern has a special profile. When the profile is changed the driven dimension and pattern should be updated automatically. I did it in Autodesk Inventor for many years but seems Fusion 360 does not support.

I would like to point out that driven dimensions are not parametric, so they are not available for controlling patterns either.
Is it not possible to express the driven dimension mathematically using driving dimensions?

Thanks for replying. not only driven but also normal sketched dimension are not being supported in pattern, which is very useful function for me.
Are you entering the name of the sketch dimension? In this example I'm using the sketch dimension name "d1" to drive a pattern. It must be typed into the box.

In my case, there is no entry in the parameter list for the selected dimension.

That's correct.
For everyone playing along at home: Fusion gives a parameter name to every parametric value you create. Most of them are not named by the user, and an automatic naming system provides the names. It starts with d1, d2, etc. This is because each parameter must have a name, so most get the automatic naming scheme. You can rename them, from d1 to something useful for you like "pattern space", and even be made "favorites" if it helps you stay organized.

I'm not sure what can be said here that is not already said. Driven dimensions do not show up in the parametric table and are not available to use in formulas or dimensions. I hope that's clear and that I'm understanding you correctly here.
