Problems with Scaling Up A Model (Help Appreciated)

Hi, I'm a student still learning how to use the program. I am having issues trying to scale up a model I made. I want to scale it up to a factor of 1.4, but whenever I select the model and click "scale", it doesn't allow me to. Does anybody have an idea of what I can do? Any help is much appreciated! It would be great if somebody could help me solve this problem, thanks a lot!

You model is made of mostly bodies and one component.  For an assembly, this is odd.  Normally you should have all components with the bodies related to them under each along with the body sketches.  Anyway, follow the Screencast and you will not have any difficulty.  By the way, make sure that you have Select All checked under Selection Filters.
