assembly components properties.

can I set properties for the components of one assembly ?

I'm talking about: part number; Material; catalogue; Maker, etc..

so it will show up at Bill of Materials.

how?

You add these properties by right clicking on the component, in the tree, and left click on Properties.  I believe, you are limited to just three entries, Part Number, Part Name and Description.  These come over into the Parts List (BOM) along with the assigned Material in the drawing.  I do not think Fusion 360 allows you to edit or add new properties at this time.

 Hi jhackney1972,

First of all thanks for the feed.

I was able to add the part number and the part name and the description.

Yes I wold like to have the possibility of adding properties like catalogue; dimensions;  heat treatment and hardiness.

This should be entered on the Ideas forum.

Thanks,
