Why is the online chat not working in Fusion 360? I haven't been able to contact any online support agent for the last month.

Just post your question >>here<<, >>or here<<.

You are likely to get a solution within 24 hrs (usually within 24 minutes).

That's not an answer. Only more run around that I've already had enough of. If this is what their customer support has turned into then I'm going to another software company.

AFAIK, online chat is only available in certain locales, but there is also the in-product link for support:

But what CADWhisperer said is true. Posting to the forums (in most cases) is going to almost always be the quickest way to an answer, assuming it's not related to license/credits

What are the locales that it is available? I used to be able to reach out to an agent at anytime during our working hours. Now if I have a programming questions I have to use forums? What if I need a viable solution sooner than 24 hours without all the technical jargon that comes with a forum explanation? We often times don't have the time to wait for an answer to a question on forums. Seems like a shady business practice to not offer chat everywhere since internet is everywhere.

Did the ones you did have all quit? This was never a problem 6 months ago. Six months ago the online chat was a great resource.

Hi @ryank7WC6P, we are still here in chat, more staffed than ever in fact. I'm not sure what is going on, do you not see the icon at the bottom at all? I'll see if someone can look into it on our end but to my knowledge its not been disabled for anyone who is still an active subscriber. Chat was just released full time in the EST timezone and at some point rolls out globally. The last year or so we've been trialing, scaling and testing/developing it. I'm sure you've chatted with me before as well.

Yes we have chatted before. The icon is there and I go thru the usual steps to chat with an agent but when I select "chat with an agent," it doesn't populate with any selections.

I've heard of at least one other user with this issue. Let me do some digging and see what i can find.
