In Animation workspace, trail lines seem mostly unreliable, and often get hosed up to the point that ya just have to start a new storyboard. The biggest problem is that the trail lines just kinda do their own thing, or nothing at all. A new storyboard cleans things up, but I am losing a lot of work in storyboards that have become unusable for this problem.
It would be real nice if Autodesk could add a "Clean Lines" Function or transforms, or whatever you want to call it. Where positional and visibility attributes are preserved, but the trail lines get wiped clean.
First image shows no trail lines in original storyboard, and second shows a new storyboard with trail lines as I would expect.
Take a look at the Screencast to see how to easily turn on and off trail lines.

Thanks John, I dont think I explained very well the problem. In the pic from my original post you can see that the visibility icon is clicked, yet the trail lines do NOT show. They should look like the lines in the second pic, but in this example the line doesnt show. This commonly happens when Fusion gets confused after too many transforms of the same component within the same storyboard. It just gets stupid, and things like this happen. The way I have been getting around the problem is by just starting a new clean storyboard, and just re-doing the transforms.
Another example is when trail lines get piled up one on another creating a spider web of unusable trail lines. I would like to preserve all of my component visibilities, and positions, while resetting the trail lines that have gotten unmanageable. (see pic)
