no access to files from cloud

Two files out of my project are unable to open, with no visible reason. I was already trying for 2 days, so now I contact you.

What if you access your project from the Web database (A360) and try to export the files from there to your local drive?  If you can do this, then you can replace the ones on the cloud database.
