Need help with trial version of Fusion

Hey there, so I hope someone sees this cause I'm having trouble trying to find anyway to contact support.  I been using fusion 360 now for a while to make different accessibility accessories i can 3d print for my brother who only has one arm.  I think I was using a free (education license I think) but now fusion says it's expired and I've tried to submit for a personal use license but it hasn't seem to have gotten me anywhere, it just downloads the same version and it's still expired access.  I would really like to keep using fusion but it is just to expensive for me.  I wanted to go the technology impact program but that needed a lot more information than I have to fill out.  Any help I can get would be greatly appreciated, thank you.

Hi, glad to hear about your efforts in helping your brother. When did you submit for the personal use license? did you get any confirmation email?

I did not receive an email.  Just doublechecked my inbox.  I tried it again yesterday and trying the process for the personal license just ends telling me to download fusion 360 for personal use, but when I run the installer it tells me I already have the latest version of fusion.
