Maximum number of attempts

I'm trying to download this software but it is telling me I have reached a maximum number of attempts. I am using a MacBook Air. What can I do to get this downloaded? Thank you

Go to this website , log in using your Autodesk ID and Password.  Once inside look for Products and Services and click on it.  Then find Fusion in the product listings and select the Download icon.
