There is no mechanism for the public to follow tickets, it's our responsibility to make note of the prominent ones, either in blog posts or forum threads. Not saying that always happens, but...it's the goal at least.
As for an update, there will be one, it just got pushed back a bit
@gamelife4dns @You can join our insider program that has access to new major versions typically a month before it is available to production.
In Fusion go to Help- support and diagnostic and you should see insider program.
